In 1988, Al Mohey launched a real estate investment and ownership business in Mansoura and New Damietta. In 2001, the business expanded to include residential unit finishing. By 2007, Al Mohey broadened the company’s scope by partnering with MTC, a leader in construction chemicals and contracting, specializing in reinforcement, restoration, and water and thermal insulation. In 2014, the team welcomed an architectural consultant, Karim Youssef, who significantly enhanced the interior design department.  Today, the company offers four main services: real estate, interior design, specialized engineering, and project management, with a strong emphasis on interior design.
